Refund policy

We are a very small boutique business invested in quality products and fast ship out times.  When you place an order with our shop, you agree that:

  • You have asked us any questions that you may have before purchasing
  • Fully read item listing descriptions
  • Fully read our shipping and return policies
  • Fully understand that we do not accept returns for refunds, nor cancellations on any orders.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date on the tracking notice. Items will be repaired or replaced only if there is a problem with your order at delivery. 

Any packages that are "Refused" or "Returned to Sender" or sent back to our studio for any reason will not be refunded.
