Shipping policy

As a general rule, most items take approximately 3-5 business days to process.  We do try to keep inventory on hand to ship immediately.   If the design is going to take longer than 3-5 business days, we will note as such in the listing description. Contact us if you have time sensitive needs, and we will let you know a more accurate shipping time.  If you choose priority shipping during checkout, that is for USPS Priority Shipping, not priority production.

Shipping and delivery times are approximate. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct address.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed regardless of service purchased.

Most high dollar orders will require a Signature upon delivery.

UNITED STATES:
UPS or USPS First Class Package Service with Delivery Confirmation. If an order tracks as "delivered", we are not liable for replacement or refund. Please contact your local USPS office with your provided tracking number or speak to your carrier. If you are worried about delivery or have problems with mail delivery, please contact us before you purchase to upgrade to restricted or signature required delivery. Lost packages are extremely rare; it is more likely that it is severely delayed. 

INTERNATIONAL:

Please make sure that what you are purchasing is allowed to be imported into your country. We are not responsible for items that are confiscated by customs in your country. Any items confiscated by customs will not be refunded.  International tracking may not track to delivery in your country.

International buyers are responsible for their own customs , duties, VAT, carriage, Royal Mail or any other kind of handling, etc. fees and charges, if any, for your particular country. Some International deliveries can take up to several months for delivery depending on your country.  International tracking is provided; however, depending on the destination country, tracking may not track to delivery.   Once the package leaves the USA, we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.  Shipping upgrades to insure a timely and safe delivery are available, please contact us for more information.
