We do not collect sales taxes, VAT nor GST unless you live in the State of Texas, USA.  

As we immediately order supplies and start your order upon receipt and sometimes ship same day or early next, we cannot cancel orders. We want you to get your order quickly, so our process to start orders is very quick. Our studio is located next door to the post office, so orders leave our studio several times a day.

In the event of a pricing error in a listing, we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such error.

JEWELRY

Please make sure necklace lengths and rings are the correct size before ordering. Adjustments after purchase may not be possible and/or will require an additional charge.  

Photos are taken with a macro lens, please see written approximate size descriptions.  All measurements of size and weight are approximations only.

Earrings are sold in pairs, unless otherwise stated in the listing description area.

Most of our jewelry is tiny and delicate; care will need to be taken when putting on, taking off, wearing and storing as to prevent damage.

We do not recommend wearing our jewelry in the shower or on a 24/7 basis. Our jewelry is not intended for children nor people with metal allergies.

Keep all gold jewelry away from chlorine and salt water. Including, but not limited to: swimming pools, hot tubs, tap water, ocean water, etc. All metals including solid gold are susceptible to tarnish due to body chemistry changes (i.e. low iron) and contact with certain chemicals ( i.e. Sulfur/Sulphur). Chlorine will disintegrate gold very quickly, especially small, thin, dainty pieces.

In very rare instances, under certain exposure, climate and skin conditions, 14K Gold pieces may tarnish similar to Sterling Silver. Like Sterling Silver, 14K Gold pieces can be polished.

All of our metals and diamonds are tested multiple times upon receipt from our suppliers for authenticity.  We only use genuine, natural, earth mined diamonds in our jewelry designs....never synthetic nor lab created.

Unless otherwise stated in the listing, diamond pieces do not come with certification. We buy from trusted sources only and test upon arrival. If we receive a certification from our suppliers, then we will forward it with the jewelry piece.

VINTAGE & ANTIQUES

As our pre-owned vintage and antique items have withstood the test of time, imperfections and signs of age will most likely be present. 

Any notable or above standard signs of wear will be disclosed in the item description. While we strive for accurate descriptions, we ask that you review the images carefully and contact us for more information if you have any further questions. 

Due to the nature of our items, returns will not be accepted. All sales are final.
