Antique 1800's Shabby Framed Original Landscape Oil Painting | FOR RESTORATION

$248.00 USD
$248.00 USD

Art is approx 8 x 10

Frame is 15.5" x 12.25" approx.

DISCLOSURES:  See photos for condition, shabby chic.  Painting is price accordingly.  If the art was in better condition, it would be priced much, much higher due to age, content matter and ornate gesso frame.

Frame is very old and antique gesso frame that has some chips.  It is beautiful as is or you can rub and buff the white missing pieces.

Oil on canvas.  The canvas is torn.  I had this displayed as is on my wall and put some painter's tape on the back to seal the crack, and you could not tell that it was torn.  That being said, if you want a more stable art piece, you will need to seek out guidance from a professional restorer, or you can attempt to do on your own.  There are no missing pieces of the canvas.  The cracks fit together like a puzzle.
