Antique Baby Stuart Mini Carved Wood Plaque

This is VERY old. I cannot find anything like it to compare. Faded, chipped and shabby. I cannot tell if this is a painting, but it is directly on the wood. Reproduction of Baby Stuart. Has a small metal black ring on top, perfect for hanging on a small gallery wall.   Also the perfect size for a Christmas tree ornament or you can attach a magnet on the back and create a refrigerator gallery.  Research leans toward it coming from Italy.
