Antique wood carving, old folk art priest sculpture, medicine man ornament, Beautiful antique wood carving of a man holding a plant, most likely a priest (or a similar religious/spiritual figure, according to his long robes) holding a medicinal plant of importance.

Wonderfully curious and mysterious piece of antique folk art.

Approximately 11.5"/29cm tall, 3"/7cm wide.

In very good antique condition, signs of age and wear as expected with age, some cracking on the reverse side (not visible from the front) and does not see to be posing much of a problem, in overall excellent condition.
